I try to give people an idea of costs so that they can make informed decisions. Photography can be very subjective when it comes to pricing and quality but there are certain price drivers that impact budgets. Length of time (including travel), number of shots, additional equipment or staffing as well as editing parameters are all “hard” costs. Below I try to give you samples of projects that I have done with samples of the deliverables and parameters of the overall shoot. These are meant to be guidelines or a starting point for budgeting. Events

Event photography needs to tell the same story from myriad vantage points: attendees, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, hosts and press. With over a decade as a strategist in the event industry, I know all about Return on Event and content shelf life.

Individual Portraits

In the age of WFH your portrait photo has never been more important. Session include a wide range of looks which can include wardrobe changes. Dial in your look, have new versions ready to go or for different uses (Speaker profile, byline image, work website, LinkedIn etc.).

Team and Office

The team shot and office candids tell the story of your corporate culture. Perhaps going beyond the high school class picture (tall people in back) might be a great start. Family Portraits

“They” say never work with kids or dogs… I say bring it on! I have earned my stripes getting smiles out of the oldest cranky souls trapped inside the cutest little monsters and wrangled naked toddlers and the most playful of pups… Having the skill the get the shot when luck (and little miss 2 year old) gift you with that briefest of magical moments is what it is all about. That and a metric ton of patience (a few good kid jokes never hurt).

Engagements

After more than 100 engagement shoots I know a thing or two about pulling it off flawlessly. No matter if it is a surprise or they know that it is coming, feeling confident about the photography elements like the location and lighting can go a long way to making the moment perfect.

City Hall Weddings

I rarely do large scale destination weddings (unless as a second shooter) but I love love love both San Francisco and Marin City Hall weddings. The former is a stunning classic example of Beaux-Arts architecture and the latter is Frank Lloyd Wright masterpiece. Both full of splendor as well as secret spots for more intimate moments.

Real Estate

Sell, rent or AirBnB it with bright images that showcase the architecture and design. Stills, video and drone services are available.
